Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last item in your order.

How to submit a request: Log in to your customer account and open the relevant order to request a return or cancellation: Go to your account

Returning items: You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request.

Return shipping costs: We cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
